Q Perior ( spelling Q_PERIOR ) is an international management consultancy with a focus on management and IT consulting .
history
Q Perior was created in 2011 from the merger of three companies: the agens Group, which acted as agens Consulting GmbH and paricon AG, and ESPRiT Consulting AG. The name "Q_PERIOR" stands for "Quality and Superior". As a result of the merger, Q Perior grew to over 400 employees. As a consulting and implementation partner for German finance and insurance companies, the consulting firm agens Consulting GmbH has been offering a wide range of services, focused on management, IT and SAP consulting, since 1977. In 1995 ESPRiT Consulting AG was founded by four former Accenture consultants. Paricon AG, founded in 2000, specialized in the implementation of SAP products and SAP industry solutions in various markets. In 2017, Q Perior merged with the Swiss company P5group Holding. The management consultancy with its sub-companies Adverdi, IC & Partner and ER & Partner was focused on digitization and compliance projects for the financial services industry.
The owner-managed Q-Perior Group closed the 2018 financial year with a total turnover of 195 million euros and employed more than 1,100 consultants.
In Germany, according to the Lünendonk list published in 2018, Q Perior is the fourth leading German management consultancy.
