Qidong ( 启东 市 , Qǐdōng Shì ) is a Chinese city in Jiangsu Province at the mouth of the Yangtze River . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Nantong . Qidong has an area of 1,191 km² and a population of around 1,134,000 million (2004). The main town is the large community of Huilong ( 汇龙 镇 ).
