Quellen Brewery
The source Brauerei GmbH was a brewery in Dortmund district Stoke .
The brewery was founded as a family business in 1817. In 1923 it was bought by the Ritter Brewery . The brewery was located on today's Schüruferstrasse, directly adjacent to the Hengstenberg wine vinegar and sour preserve factory, which was demolished in 1997 and a branch of the Hengstenberg company in Esslingen . Among other things, a beer called "Doppel-Kraft-Urquell" was brewed. The parts of the building were used by a dance school for many years.
