Quinzanas is one of 15 parroquias in the municipality of Pravia in the autonomous region of Asturias in Spain .
The 77 inhabitants (2011) live in 12 villages / hamlets on an area of ​​2.61 km². Quinzanas, the capital of the Parroquia of the same name, is 4.3 km from the municipality's capital. The Rio Narcea passes the Parroquia.
