The Río Andalíen is a river in Chile in the VIII Región del Bío-Bío . It flows through the metropolitan region of Gran Concepción , is 130 kilometers long and drains a catchment area of 780 km².

It arises from the confluence of the streams (esteros) Poñén and Curapalihue and then flows west towards the city of Concepción . After flowing through the northern parts of the city, it turns north and finally flows into the southeast corner of the Bahía de Concepción at Penco . In some parts it forms the border between rural parts of the communities of Penco and Talcahuano .
