The St. Jodocus church in Rödersdorf has numerous art monuments from the pre-Reformation period. One of the most important art treasures of the church is the so-called Tetzelkasten , an approximately 2.50 meter long and 50 centimeter thick dugout chest with heavy iron fittings in which sacred objects and money were once stored. The chest is dated to the 14th century, the guide plate and the box lock date from around 1500.
