Rüdiger Lorenz
Rüdiger Lorenz (born September 9, 1932 in Niederfischbach ; † April 6, 2008 ) was a German neurosurgeon .
Life
In 1951, during his studies, Rüdiger Lorenz became a member of the fraternity of the North Germans and Lower Saxony . It was 1956 at the University of Göttingen to work color deficits in the range of red and green under the influence of alcohol to Dr. med. PhD . He was later professor for neurosurgery at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and head of the clinic for neurosurgery at the Center for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Clinic of the University of Frankfurt / Main.
He was a founding member of the German Academy for Neurosurgery (DANC) and a long-term board member of the Society for Spine Research.
