Rüdiger Reinhardt

Rüdiger Reinhardt (born January 9, 1960 in Viernheim ) is a German psychologist , author and university professor ; since 2015 he has been Professor of Business Psychology and Empirical Research at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Economics and Environment .

Live and act

Rüdiger Reinhardt studied psychology, business administration, philosophy and education at the University of Kiel and RWTH Aachen, followed by a doctorate in work sciences , adult education and polytechnics in 1993 at the University of Kassel. This was followed in 1993 by the habilitation in economics at the TU Chemnitz . Reinhardt was Professor of Personnel and Change Management at the MCI Management Center Innsbruck and was previously responsible for the “Knowledge Communication” competence center at the University of St. Gallen . As part of his work as a management consultant, he was primarily responsible for change projects in the context of total quality management , to increase customer satisfaction and in knowledge management. Between 2008 and 2015 he was professor for leadership and change management at the SRH FernHochschule Riedlingen . Since 2014 he has been Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Nicosia. Since 2015 he has been Professor of Business Psychology and Empirical Research at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Economics and Environment . Since 2016 he has also been the Dean of Studies for the Master’s degree in "Corporate Management". In addition, since 2017 he has been the scientific director of the part-time master’s course "Business Psychology & Leadership".

He represents the field of business psychology with topics such as leadership psychology , change management , knowledge management and empirical social research as well as leadership concepts such as positive organizational scholarships, neuroleadership and psychological capital .
