Radek Špiláček (born January 10, 1980 in Opava ) is a former Czech football player .

Career

Radek Špiláček began playing football at Sokol Kylešovice, after only a year he moved to Ostroj Opava, now SFC Opava . In Opava , the defensive midfielder made his debut in the second half of the 1997/1998 season in the Gambrinus League . In 2000, Špiláček moved to Sigma Olomouc , where he played 131 games in six seasons.

For the 2006/07 season he moved to the German regional league club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim , with whom he made the march from the 2nd Bundesliga to the 1st Bundesliga between 2007 and 2008 . In the 2008/09 season he played for the second division FSV Frankfurt , but came there only to ten missions and had to leave the club at the end of the season. At the end of January 2010, Špiláček moved to SV Wilhelmshaven . From the winter break 2011/12 he played for the upper division SSV Jeddeloh . In the summer of 2014 he left the club. He ended his career in 2016.
