Radek Mynář (born February 22, 1974 in Česká Lípa , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech football player who is currently without a club.

Club career

Radek Mynář began his professional career in 1998 in his Czech homeland at the traditional club FC Dukla Příbram (today 1. FK Příbram ). Here he played for 2.5 years before moving to the Czech record champions Sparta Prague in 2000 . In his first season, 2000/2001, Mynář went very well, he was a regular player and was able to win the Czech championship with Sparta Prague. However, the two following seasons were not so successful for him and he moved to the Polish first division club Groclin Grodzisk in 2003 . Here he was able to secure a regular place straight away and won in his 5-year activity with this club, twice the Polish Cup and twice the Polish League Cup. In 2008 Groclin Grodzisk merged with Polonia Warsaw . Since then, Radek Mynář has played for Polonia and was a crowd favorite and even captain in the 2008/09 and 2009/10 seasons . In the summer of 2012, his expiring contract was not extended. So far he has played 84 games in the Czech Gambrinus League in which he scored 8 goals and 155 games in the Polish Ekstraklasa in which he scored 5 goals. He has also made several appearances in the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Cup .
