The 2006/07 Puchar Polski was the 53rd draw of the Polish Cup competition. It began on August 5, 2006 with the first qualifying game for the preliminary round and ended on May 1, 2007 with the final in the GKS Stadium in Bełchatów .

Dyskobolia Grodzisk Wielkopolski won the national cup for the second time after 2005. Final opponent Korona Kielce was in the final for the first time. By winning the cup, Dyskobolia Grodzisk qualified for participation in the second qualifying round of the 2007/2008 UEFA Cup .

Defending champion Wisła Płock was eliminated in the semi-finals.
