The Puchar Polski 2018/19 is the 65th edition of the Polish Cup competition. It started on August 7, 2018 with the preliminary round matches and ended on May 2, 2019 with the final at the PGE Narodowy in Warsaw . The defending champion is Legia Warsaw .
Compared to the previous season, the format has been changed, the teams in positions 11 to 18 of the 2nd division 2017/18 play in the preliminary round for a place in the 1st round, while the remaining 60 teams in the 1st round in the competition enter. In contrast to the previous season, all rounds are drawn individually.

In addition, there are all the other teams, the 16 clubs of the Ekstraklasa, the 18 clubs in the 1st league, places 1 to 10 in the 2nd league and the sixteen regional cup winners of the voivodships.
