Olimpia Grudziądz (officially Grudziądzki Klub Sportowy Olimpia Grudziądz ) is a Polish sports club from the town of Grudziądz in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship . The association was founded on June 30, 1923 . The club's soccer department currently plays in the second-rate first division . In addition to the football department, the club also has the athletics , judo and table tennis (men) departments. In the past there were also tennis , basketball , hockey , rowing , bridge , chess and sailing departments .

The Athletics Department Olimpia Grudziadz includes some very prominent athletes. The most prominent is the Olympic champion of 1980 Bronislaw Malinowski on the 3000-meter steeplechase . Another well-known athlete is Krystyna Kuta , a very successful marathon runner .
