Stal Mielec (officially Fabryczny Klub Sportowy Stal Mielec ) is a Polish football and sports club from the city of Mielec in the south-east of the country. It was founded on April 10, 1939 under the name KS PZL Mielec . The traditional club colors are white and blue. Stal Mielec is two-time Polish champion. The club plays its home games at the Stali Mielec stadium , which has a capacity of 7,000. The club's president is Andrzej Podraza and the coach is Rafał Wójcik .
After Mielec secured the championship of the 1st division in the 2019/20 season , they rose to the Ekstraklasa .
