Marcin Kuś (born October 2, 1981 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a former Polish football player .

Club career

Marcin Kuś started his career at Polonia Warszawa . In the 1999/00 season he made his debut in the Ekstraklasa . In 2004 he moved to Lech Poznań . Here he could only prevail to a limited extent and was sold to the Queens Park Rangers in England . After a less than successful first half of the season with the English, he then moved to Russia to Torpedo Moscow . Here he was then an integral part of the team. At the end of 2007 he moved back to Korona Kielce in Poland for personal reasons . Here he showed strong performances over two seasons and has since been called back to the national team. After the 2007/08 season Korona Kielce was relegated to the 2nd division and Kuś left the club for Turkey . Since the 2008/09 season he has played for the Turkish club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor and is a regular here. After a coach change in the summer of 2012, Kuś got no chance for further assignments, which is why he terminated his contract in late 2012. In March 2013 he returned to Poland and signed a contract with Górnik Zabrze until the end of the season. Marcin Kuś did not play a single game for Górnik Zabrze due to licensing problems. For the 2013/14 season he signed on June 26, 2013 a contract with the promoted Cracovia Krakow . He was used 16 times in the league. For the 2014/2015 season, Marcin Kuś moved to league competitor Ruch Chorzów . For Ruch, however, he only played 9 league games and had to end his active professional career after the 2014/2015 season due to many injuries.
