The Raiffeisen-Holding-Hochhaus is a high -rise building on the Danube Canal in the Leopoldstadt district in Vienna .

The skyscraper is 78 meters high, has 22 floors, 27,000 square meters of gross floor area and around 20,000 square meters of floor space with offices for up to 900 employees. It was built between 2010 and 2012 on the site of the old OPEC headquarters. It is an extension of the Raiffeisenhaus Wien, in which the new corporate headquarters of the Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien is housed.

The property was bought by Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien in 2007 and the building on it was demolished. According to the plans of the architects Dieter Hayde , Ernst Maurer and Radovan Tajder, the construction company Strabag was commissioned with the execution. The construction was a challenge, as the construction site is extremely narrow and is bordered by two other high-rise buildings (Hotel Mercure and IBM Austria). With the total construction costs of around 80 million euros, the high-rise is around 4.6 million euros more expensive than a comparable high-rise.

The facade lighting was created by Multivision LED-Systeme GmbH and consists of approx. 5,500 LED lights with a length of 1.05 m. The night design was completed before Christmas 2012.
