history

Established in 1878 as the Hösbacher Loan Association (building on Hauptstrasse in Hösbach until 1976), the facility developed from 1914 into a cooperative bank with several branches. In 2017 the Raiffeisenbank Aschaffenburg merged with the Raiffeisenbank Großostheim-Obernburg and in 2019 with the Volksbank Aschaffenburg.

The organs of the cooperative bank are the board of directors , the supervisory board and the representative assembly . Raiffeisenbank Aschaffenburg is affiliated to the officially recognized BVR institute security and the additional voluntary security scheme of the Federal Association of German Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks .
