On May 8, 1961, the general assembly decided to relocate the headquarters of the cooperative to Neumarkt and to operate under the name of “Gewerb- und Landwirtschaftsbank Neumarkt / OPf”. The Raiffeisenbank was located in the Romstöck building on Unteren Markt 11. From 1964, a number of mergers with neighboring Raiffeisen banks took place. The company name was now “Raiffeisenbank Neumarkt / OPf. eGmbH ". On July 1, 1966, Karl Ehmann was appointed managing director of the bank.

The position of another executive board member was filled with Günter Geisler on January 1, 1977. The new headquarters building was opened on July 22, 1991.
At the beginning of 2001 Erich Pröpster moved to the board. On October 1, 2004, CEO Josef Dischner retired after 33 years on the board. Pröpster took over the chairmanship of the board. Josef Dunkes took over as a new member of the board. On August 11, 2008, Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse Neumarkt-Parsberg opened a joint self-service branch in Seligenporten.
