Raik Singer

Raik Singer (born November 1963 in Leipzig ) is a German actor . He also works as a speaker for audio books and advertising.

After an apprenticeship as an electrical mechanic and a job as a projectionist and theater technician , he studied from 1986 to 1990 at the Rostock branch of the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art . He got his first engagement at the Parchim State Theater . Engagements at the Staatstheater Braunschweig , Hildesheim , Gießen , Detmold , Celle , the Mecklenburg State Theater Schwerin , the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe , Lübeck and Rostock followed. Singer has been engaged at the Rheinisches Landestheater in Neuss since 2005 . There Singer is mainly cast in classics by Lessing , Schiller , Ibsen , Shakespeare and Hofmannsthal . In addition, he occasionally appears at festivals, also here preferably in classical pieces.

Singer is primarily active as a theater actor, but also played an emergency doctor in twenty-two episodes of the television series Alphateam and in other television productions smaller roles. He was also featured in commercials for various companies and worked as a speaker for audio books .
