Raimund le Viseur

Raimund le Viseur (born June 24, 1937 in Berlin ; † December 4, 2015 in Wolfratshausen ) was a German journalist and author.

Life

Raimund le Viseur, son of the lawyer Max le Viseur and the hurdler Hilde le Viseur , studied German and history. From 1960 to 1967 he was responsible for the culture section of the Berlin daily newspaper Der Abend . From 1967 to 1971 he worked for Jasmin und Quick , most recently as editor-in-chief.

Hugh Hefner appointed Raimund le Viseur in 1971 as the first editor-in-chief of the German edition of Playboy , which was published on August 1, 1972. He was editor-in-chief for two years and from 1973 worked for many years as an author for the magazine.

Since 1973 he has worked as a freelance writer, including as a contract author for Josef von Ferenczy's agency .

In 1967 he had a supporting role in the German television film Abfalls .
