Ralf Friedrich Bergmann (born April 14, 1962 in Dortmund ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He has been a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt since 2006 .

Life and work

After graduating from the Schiller-Gymnasium in Dortmund in 1981, Ralf Bergmann began studying biology at the Ruhr University in Bochum . In 1988 he completed his diploma studies and initially worked in an environmental planning office in Bochum . In 1990 Bergmann switched to Pro Terra Team GmbH Hamm / Dortmund, where he was the branch manager of Pro Terra Team GmbH in Bad Dürrenberg from 1991 to 1995 . Bergmann then worked between 1995 and 1997 as a department manager at the Steinbrecher und Partner engineering company in Tangermünde .

Ralf Bergmann has been managing partner of Stadt und Land Planungsgesellschaft mbH Hohenberg-Krusemark since 1998 , and managing partner of Pro 1 Projektrealisierungsgesellschaft mbH Hohenberg-Krusemark since 2000.

In addition to his management activities, Bergmann has been a lecturer at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences ( Bernburg / Strenzfeld location ) since 1997 , where he offers intervention regulations and special species protection audits (SAP) and environmental audits (EIA ) in the bachelor's and master's degrees in "Nature Conservation and Landscape Planning" and "Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning" / SUP / FFH-VP).

Ralf Bergmann is married and has one son.

politics

Bergmann joined the SPD in 1985. He has been chairman of the local SPD association Hohenberg-Krusemark since 1998 and chairman of the SPD district in the Stendal district since 2001 .

Bergmann has also been a member of the Hohenberg-Krusemark municipal council since 1998. From 2001 until his resignation on September 16, 2011, he was mayor of the municipality. Ralf Bergmann was elected to the Stendal district council in the 2004 local elections and re-elected in the 2009 local elections.

In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2006 , Bergmann ran as a direct candidate in the Havelberg-Osterburg constituency . He succeeded in entering parliament through the state list. There he is a member of the Committee for Regional Development and Transport and Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environment. Bergmann has also been a member of the 11th Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry (Garbage) since May 29, 2008.

Within the SPD parliamentary group, Bergmann is the spokesman for environmental policy and spatial planning. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2011, he was re-elected to the state parliament via the state list.
