Ralf Ewen (born February 11, 1972 in Hage ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

societies

In the youth of the East Frisian SV Hage he started playing football and became a youth national player there. At the age of 16 he went to Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the A youth team. Defensive player Ralf Ewen moved from Bayer 04 Leverkusen's second team to the second division promoted VfL Wolfsburg in the 1992/93 season and made 40 appearances in four seasons for VfL in the second-highest German division. After 20 missions in the 1992/93 season he was unable to establish himself permanently and only completed twelve missions in 1993/94 , two missions in 1994/95 and six missions in 1995/96 .

Ewen then went to the regional league team SC Paderborn 07 , but left it again a year later. At Bundesliga club Hansa Rostock , however, Ewen could not prevail again and completed only three in 1997/98 and another two in the top German league in 1998/99 , after which he returned to SC Paderborn.

After another year in Paderborn joined Ewen 2000 on the Oberliga gambling BV Cloppenburg , he was active for from 2005 in the second team. At the same time he worked as a youth coach in the club. In January 2007 he left the club in the direction of Vechta, where he joined VfL Oythe . From the 2011/12 season to September 2012 he was player-coach at the district league club SV Holdorf . He was fired for failure.

National team

Ewen completed a total of 34 youth internationals for Germany.
