plant

Ralf Jurszo transports the viewer into a confusing, complex world of art with almost photo-realistic, romantic-looking landscapes that are worked through to the smallest detail, or strange, surreal cityscapes. Familiar patterns of perception are also disturbed in the pictures by irritating, apparently inappropriate words or people who appear mysterious. Nothing is, nothing remains as it appears at first glance.

The works of Ralf Jurszo are "A refined juggling with the viewer's imagination" ... "which demands distance from one's own association behavior because any further information is refused."
