Ralf Peter Schenke

Ralf Peter Schenke (* 1968 ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

After studying law in Tübingen , Cologne and Heidelberg and his legal clerkship in Freiburg im Breisgau and New York City , Wolf-Rüdiger Schenke's son was a research assistant at Thomas Würtenberger's chair at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg , where he started a thesis on administrative procedural law in 1995 PhD . After a research scholarship from the DFG on legal determination in tax law, he completed his habilitation in Freiburg in 2004 with the venia legendi for the subjects of constitutional and administrative law, tax law and legal theory. From October 2006 to March 2008 he was a representative and lecturer of the chair for public law and tax law at the Helmut Schmidt University . From October 2007 to September 2008 he held the chair for public law and tax law at the law faculty of the University of Münster . Since October 2008 professor for public law, German, European and international tax law as successor to Klaus Tiedtke at the law faculty of the University of Würzburg .

His main research interests are security law, new public management, public private partnership, public procurement law, European competition social law, tax law and administrative procedural law.
