Rammertshofen is a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Egenhofen in the Fürstenfeldbruck district .
The hamlet is about one kilometer south of Aufkirchen . The place can be reached via the county road FFB 8 .
history
In 1078 the place is mentioned for the first time as "Regimundishouen" in a witness report. The name means "courts of the regime".
In 1427 Rammertshofen belongs to the fortress Unterweikertshofen. In 1752 Rammertshofen belonged to the Bernried Lower Court. Rammertshofen belonged to the Esting area. In 1812 the Bernried monastery owned three properties and the parish of Aufkirchen in the village.
On May 1, 1978, Rammertshofen was incorporated into Egenhofen as a district of the formerly independent municipality of Aufkirchen.
