Holzmühl is a wasteland and part of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Egenhofen in the Fürstenfeldbruck district .
The place is at the southernmost end of the municipality about two kilometers south of Aufkirchen and two kilometers northeast of Mammendorf .
On May 1, 1978, Holzmühl was incorporated into Egenhofen as a district of the formerly independent municipality of Aufkirchen .
