Ranunculus radinotrichus is a plant type from the family of the buttercup family (Ranunculaceae).

description

Ranunculus radinotrichus is a perennial stem hemicryptophyte that reaches heights of 5 to 12 centimeters. The basal leaves are three-part and silk-haired. The sections are obverse-shaped. The crown is 7 to 10 millimeters in size. The nuts are 3 millimeters in size, more or less circular, compressed, smooth and bare. The beak is 1.5 to 2 millimeters in size.

The flowering period extends from May to July.

The number of chromosomes is 2n = 32.

Occurrence

Ranunculus radinotrichus is endemic to Crete in the prefecture of Chania . The species grows here in the Lefka Ori at altitudes of 1850 to 2300 meters on rocks and rubble.
