Raphaela Scharf (born August 4, 1990 in Linz , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian television presenter and journalist .

Career

Already in kindergarten, Scharf was on stage and danced standard and Latin American dances and won badges for it. As a child model, she walked the catwalk and played theater and musicals as a child. Scharf completed a vocal training, sang in various choirs and learned several instruments. After graduating from the Federal Training Institute for Kindergarten Pedagogy , she worked for two years as a qualified pedagogue in Linz. In 2012 she moved to Vienna to study journalism and communication science at the University of Vienna .

Parallel to her studies, she gained her first experience in the media industry in the ATV editorial team for the "Hi Society" format. Since the end of 2019 Scharf has been working as a freelance presenter at Krone.TV and moderates "Krone News" and talks on socio-political topics.
