Rasheeda Buckner-Frost (born May 22, 1982 ) is an American rapper .

Career

Rasheeda is from Atlanta , Georgia and is also known as the Queen of Crunk . Before Rasheeda embarked on her own musical path, she was a member of the girl group "Da Kapers". With the album Dirty South she started her solo career with guest appearances by Kurupt , Kool Ace and Nelly . Their second album, which was heavily criticized, was A Ghetto Dream . Until then she was under contract with Blackground Records ; they were also found on tracks by Petey Pablo . She is currently under contract with D-Lo Entertainment / Imperial Records .

Her third album, GA Peach , was released in the USA in 2006, and she could also be heard on tracks by Nivea Nash and the American girl band Cherish .

Her fourth album Dat Type Of Gurl was released in 2007. The first single on this album was "Got That Good (My Bubblegum)". This single was also the ringtone in the movie The Department Store Cop . Through this film, a lot of people, to whom Rasheeda was unknown until then, became aware of her.
