The Ratna Chuli is a mountain in the Himalayas on the border between Nepal and the Tibet Autonomous Region .

The 7035  m high Ratna Chuli is located in the Peri Himal massif . The mountain lies in a ridge running in a west-east direction, which forms the state border and the watershed between Yarlung Tsangpo in the north and Marsyangdi in the south. 11.83 km further west is the 6,889  m high Lugula Himal . The next higher mountain, the 7,126  m high Himlung Himal , is 11.27 km to the southeast.

In 1996, a Japanese-Nepalese expedition (Santa Bahadur Ale, Durga Bahadur Tamang, Tul Bahadur Tamang, Katsuhiko Sawada and Osamu Tanabe) managed the first ascent of Ratna Chuli over the west ridge.
