Raul José Quimpo Martirez (born February 9, 1938 in New Washington ) is Former Bishop of San Jose de Antique .

Life

Raul José Quimpo Martirez was ordained a priest on March 18, 1961 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of San Jose de Antique on January 5, 1983 .

The Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines , Bruno Torpigliani , donated him the episcopal ordination on March 24th of the same year; Co-consecrators were Cornelius de Wit MHM , Superior General of the Mission Society of St. Joseph von Mill Hill , and Alberto Jover Piamonte , auxiliary bishop in Jaro .

He resigned from his office on March 16, 2002.
