Rawtekk is a producer duo from Hamburg . It composes music that combines elements from drum and bass , neurofunk , wave , IDM , pop , and dubstep . Also known as Stefan and Christine Westphal, they made a joint project out of Rawtekk in 2011 and combined Stefan's knowledge of electronica , minimal techno and breakbeat with Christine's skills as a composer and singer . Christine is also known as the ice flower. Stefan produced earlier techno and electronica projects under the names Bolcher and Archaii . In addition, both are active as advertising composers and have been producing music and sound logos for the advertising industry under the name Noise Design since 2004 .

Career

Rawtekk had their first release with their single Your Game in 2006. Rawtekk have also released on the Med School , Subtitles , Division and Citrus Recordings labels, among others . The duo first achieved fame in 2011 with the release of their single Snowflakes on the “New Blood” compilation of the Med School label. Then followed on the same label in 2013 with Sprouted And Formed the first LP -Release, under the name of the 2014 Sprouted And Reformed a Remix - EP was released, the new addition to two versions of Snowflakes remixes of Phace , Mefjus and Contains Billain . In 2016 her second album Here's To Them was released on Med School. Four songs from this album were remixed in 2018 by producers Disprove, Joe Ford, Woulg & Lbardsley and Audeka and released as an EP by Med School.

In 2011 they also won the German Advertising Prize in the music category as part of the Enkelschreck project , in which they produced the song Acid on Wheels together with Luise Lunow on behalf of AS&S Radio . In 2013, Dubstep Party, one of their advertising compositions for the company KFZ -teile 24 , was published under the name Bitches Biscuit Club, and it was viewed over 4 million times on YouTube.
