Rebecca Handke
Rebecca Handke (born October 2, 1986 in Soest ) is a former German figure skater .
biography
Handke started for SC Moehnesee as a pair runner together with Daniel Wende . The couple were initially looked after by Julia Gnilosoubowa, and since autumn 2004 by Knut Schubert . Handke / Wende have trained in both Dortmund and Berlin since then .
Since July 1, 2005, Handke was a sports soldier in the Bundeswehr . In March 2006, she was due to bursitis in the knee surgery.
After the 2006/2007 season, Daniel Wende and Rebecca Handke separated. She then trained briefly (until July 2007) with the Canadian Christopher Richardson . After the end of the 2007/2008 season, Handke announced her retirement from competitive sports.
