Rebuild and Relief International (RRI) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) and is the superordinate organization of the two subsidiary NGOs Rebuild Iraq Recruitment Program (RIRP) and Rebuild Syria Reconstruction Program (RSRP), which carry out independent projects in Iraq and Syria . RIRP has been providing humanitarian aid in Iraq since 2004 and focuses primarily on the reconstruction and restoration of infrastructure . RSRP has not yet been able to start its work in conflict-ridden Syria. The managing director of RRI is Arndt Fritsche. The main branches are in Berlin and Baghdad .
