Recep Keskin

Recep Keskin (born January 1, 1949 in Dervişli , Turkey ) is a building contractor with German and Turkish citizenship and professor at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Dessau in the field of architecture and civil engineering. In 1995 he was awarded the honorary title Citizen of the Ruhr Area by the Pro Ruhrgebiet association .

In the past, the media often referred to the civil engineer as the “concrete king”. Keskin donated a school and a road construction program to his home village in Turkey.
