The Recess Cove is a 4-km wide bay on the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located northeast of Sepúlveda Point on the east side of Charlotte Bay .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out a survey in 1955. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1957 so because they have a recess ( english recess is) in coastline of Charlotte Bay.
