The Reichle Mesa is a 5 km long and 1160 m high table mountain on the Bowman coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises between the Stubbs Pass and the Getman Piedmont Glacier on the Joerg Peninsula .
Aerial photographs were taken in 1940 during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941), in 1947 during the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) and in 1966 by the United States Navy . The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out measurements between 1946 and 1948. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named Table Mountain in 1977 after the biologist Richard Arnold Reichle (* 1936), who carried out research on the seals living in Antarctic waters in six Antarctic summer campaigns between 1970 and 1977 .
