Reina Triendl ( Japanese ト リ ン ド ル 玲奈 , Torindoru Reina ; born January 23, 1992 in Vienna ) is an Austrian - Japanese actress and model who works in Japan, where she has had numerous roles in television series and films .

biography

Triendl is the elder of two daughters, an Austrian and a Japanese. She spent the first years of her life in Vienna. Because of her father's work, the family moved several times, including to France and the United States . Triendl has lived in Tokyo since the first grade of middle school . She studied at the Faculty of Environment and Computer Science at Keiō University and graduated in September 2015. During her second year at high school , Triendl was discovered by the Platinum Production talent agency and signed up as a model. She was an exclusive model for JJ and Vivi magazines , currently she is for With . In 2011 she was a guest singer in the song Love Disco by Ryō Fukawa .

In 2012, Triendl began acting and made her debut in the television series Kuro no Onna Kyōshi on TBS . Since January 2013, she has co- hosted all seasons (with the exception of the first) of the reality TV show Terrace House on Fuji TV . She had her first leading role in 2015 in the horror film Tag, directed by Sion Sono . For this she received the award for best actress at the 19th edition of the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal . By 2019, she appeared in three other films and two dozen television series.
