Reinhard Rösler

Reinhard Rösler (born January 17, 1940 in Waldenburg , Silesia ) is a German specialist in German and university lecturer.

Reinhard Rösler studied German in Jena and first taught German in Ballenstedt and Schwerin . He then went abroad as a German lecturer and German studies specialist (Baghdad, Cairo, Klausenburg , Danzig ). Gaining his doctorate in 1980 and habilitation eight years later, Rösler then worked at the Güstrow University of Education and at the University of Rostock in the fields of modern and contemporary German literature. Reinhard Rösler has been a private lecturer since 1998, and from 2005 in Poland at the University of Zielona Góra .

As a publisher, he took care of the new editions of the works of Adam Scharrer and Alwine Wuthenow .

Rösler is a member of the advisory board of the Fritz Reuter Society in Neubrandenburg .
