Reinhard Willi (born March 26, 1951 ) is a former German soccer player and currently an entrepreneur .

Career

Reinhard Willi played 15 games for Bayer Uerdingen in the Bundesliga in the 1975/76 season . From 1978 to 1980 he was under contract with SC Freiburg and played in the 2nd Bundesliga . He came on 14 missions and scored one goal against KSV Baunatal .

Due to injury, Willi ended his active professional career prematurely at the age of 28 and from then on worked again in his trained profession as a toolmaker. In 1996, he and a business partner founded the company W&S Maschinenbau in Freiburg, which later specialized in the construction and sale of machines for the production of solar systems and, after changing its name to M10 industries AG, it said it became the world market leader for photovoltaic soldering machines. His son Tobias Willi also became a professional soccer player and played over a hundred league games for SC Freiburg.
