Reinhold Finck von Finckenstein

Reinhold August Wilhelm Count Finck von Finckenstein (born April 28, 1858 in Berlin , † March 27, 1922 in Matschdorf ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

His parents were Reinhold Finck von Finckenstein († August 16, 1870) and Charlotte Marie b. von Risselmann (born April 14, 1838 - † May 1, 1870), mistress of Matschdorf. His father was a colonel and commander of the 2nd Guards Dragoon Regiment "Empress Alexandra of Russia" as well as a wing adjutant to the Prussian king and fell in the battle of Mars-la-Tour

After visiting the Wilhelms-Gymnasium Berlin and Gymnasium in Wernigerode he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Berlin law . In 1880 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After graduating, he entered the Prussian administrative service. From 1900 to 1917 he was District Administrator of the district Weststernberg .

Finck von Finckenstein was the patron saint of the church in Matschdorf. He was married to Maria von Tauentzien . The marriage produced a son and a daughter.
