Reinhold Kaub

Reinhold Kaub (born May 14, 1929 in Essen ; † March 26, 2015 in Passau ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Reinhold Kaub, who moved to Munich at the age of twelve and had lived in the Starnberg district since 1946 , graduated from high school in 1948, studied law and political science in Munich, Tübingen and Würzburg and passed the legal traineeship and assessor exams. After completing his doctorate, he entered the Bavarian civil service and worked as a legal officer for the Munich State Supply Office. In 1962 he became a member of the SPD, for which he sat from 1966 on in the Söcking municipal council and in the Starnberg district assembly. At the end of 1967 he replaced Alfons Bayerl , who had left the Bavarian State Parliament, to which he was a member until 1978. In December 1972 he became the parliamentary manager of the SPD parliamentary group. In 1974 he became chairman of the SPD in the Oberland sub-district.

In 1978 and 1979 he was chairman of the Starnberg SPD district association .
