The Remise of Villa Fritze is located in Bremen , Mitte district, Ostertor district, Bleicherstraße 31 at the corner of Mozartstraße. It was built in 1860 according to plans by Heinrich Müller .
The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 1976 .

history

The single-storey, plastered, square house with its four gable sides was built in 1860 during the historicist era for the businessman Philipp Richard Fritze (1823-1883). It served as a coach house and carriage shed . By 1862 Müller had completed the later demolished Villa Fritze, Osterdeich 3, in the neo-renaissance style.
In 1979 a renovation took place by and for the architect Manfred Schomers . The windows were given a contemporary frame.

Opposite is the Villa Büsing , which was also planned by the architect Müller.
