Renée Tondelli is a sound engineer .

Life

Tondelli began her career in the late 1980s and made her debut with the on the novel Then There Were None And more of Agatha Christie based thriller Death on Safari by Alan Birkinshaw . In the same year she was involved in a major Hollywood production with The War of the Roses . Between 2005 and 2014 she was nominated five times for the Golden Reel Award , which she won in 2006 for Die Geisha . In 2014 she was nominated for Into the Woods for the Satellite Award in the category Best Sound Editing . In 2017, she and Wylie Stateman received an Oscar nomination in the Best Sound Editing category for the disaster film Deepwater Horizon .
