Renato Hasche Sánchez SJ (born October 31, 1927 , † April 24, 2003 ) was Bishop of Arica .

Life

Renato Hasche Sánchez joined the Congregation of the Jesuits in and received on 19 June 1960, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On May 15, 1993 Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Arica. The Archbishop of Santiago de Chile , Carlos Oviedo Cavada OdeM , donated him episcopal ordination on June 29 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop Emeritus of Arica, Ramón Salas Valdés SJ, and the Archbishop of Antofagasta , Patricio Infante Alfonso .
