Roy "Reno" Wilson (born January 20, 1970 ) is an American actor , comedian and voice actor .

Wilson starred in a number of television programs and films. His first television role was on NBC “The Cosby Show” (German title: “ Die Bill Cosby Show ”), where he played Theo Huxtable's college friend Howard in the fifth and sixth seasons. He also had a supporting role in the series The Prince of Bel-Air in the fourth season. His last film roles were the character Orlando in Crank and Crank 2: High Voltage . He currently stars as Police Officer Carl MacMillan on CBS sitcom Mike & Molly and also starred in Prison Break .

Wilson voiced the characters Frenzy, Mudflap and Brains in the Transformers film franchise. He also spoke Sazh Katzroy in Final Fantasy XIII and its sequel and the character Killer Bee in the anime Naruto Shippuden .
