The Reuthof is located on the K 7576 between Buch and Zollerhof. By Haslacher Vereinödung of 1757/58 came to 1840 to expand new of 14 agricultural farmsteads. After that, the Ammannstonihof, Baptist, Reute (Reuthof) and Weiher were built until 1907.

The name Reute is derived from the clearing hoe that was used in the so-called " Reute " to remove the roots from bushes and trees. The original Reuthof consists of a residential stable house and another stable in the immediate vicinity, which is also used as a machine hall. At the beginning of the millennium, a stable was built in the form of an open cattle barn , a grab hall and a milk room to accommodate the domestic cattle .
