History and description
The country house in the Tann settlement was built in 1911 according to plans by the architect Peter Müller .
Noteworthy details of the imposing two-storey villa are the beaver-tailed pitched roof , the equally covered tent roof of the dormer window , the wood-shingled gable , the decorated window parapets , the shutters and the base made of roughly hewn natural stone .
Monument protection
The villa marks the entrance to the Tann settlement. For architectural and city-historical reasons, the villa is considered a cultural monument .
