Ribeirão is a municipality in northern Portugal .

Ribeirão belongs to the district of Vila Nova de Famalicão in the Braga district , has an area of ​​10.3 km² and has 8,828 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The place was raised to Vila (German:  small town ) on July 3, 1986 .
