Richard England (born July 9, 1981 ) is an Australian track and road cyclist .
Richard England began his career in 2005 with the US cycling team Advantage Benefits Endeavor . In his first year there, he won a stage at the Nature Valley Grand Prix. At the Track Cycling World Cup in Sydney , he finished third in the team pursuit (with Matthew Goss , Miles Olman and Sean Finning ). The following year he won a stage in the Geelong Bay Classic Series . In 2007 England was successful on two parts of the Tour of Tasmania . He was also the Australian champion in team pursuit (with Finning, Michael Ford and Zakkari Dempster ). England won a stage of the Tour de Georgia .
